Golden Shears Celebrates 50 Years

The Golden Shears Awards celebrated their 50th year running in Masterton on 5 and 6 March 2010. Dozens of hunky farmers (oh and women too) competed in the weekend's many shearing and woolhandling events. Of course, what would a shearing competition be without world class entertainment - we shared the stage with the Top Twins and got to hang with them backstage!

American Car Day at Trentham

We really enjoyed the beautiful weather at Trentham on Sunday 7 February for the American Car Day. It also gave us a chance to wear our "cheerleader" costumes with the comfortable shoes! It was a great day for families and there were certainly plenty of children around. Oh yeah, and loads of amazing American Cars with guys standing around drooling over them. Thanks to the Turbo Rats for letting us plug into their PA - you guys rock!

Festival of Lights, New Plymouth

We were privileged to be part of the Festival of Lights in New Plymouth this year. With a diverse range of events and bands performing over the Dec/Jan months at Pukekura Park there was really something for everyone. Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday, 23 January to see us. How lucky that the rain stopped just for us!
